HoMie’s upcycled collection using past-season designs sold out overnight

Words by Maeve Kerr-Crowley

HoMie is all about doing good, with 100 per cent of proceeds supporting young people affected by homelessness.

Now, the brand is also tackling environmental issues with a new sustainability initiative.

Using unsold pieces from previous collections, HoMie is releasing small, one-off upcycled collections.

The first drop – which included colour-blocked hybrid hoodies and T-shirts, and a pink sweatshirt with layered graphic prints – hit the brand’s website last night.

And overnight, the entire mini-collection sold out.

Thankfully, we can expect more of these releases in the future, with the label aiming to continuously encourage people to buy thoughtfully and take care of the clothes they own.

Keep an eye out on social media for the next HoMie Upcycled range, and shop the rest of the brand’s offering online and in store.
