The upcoming collaboration from UNIQLO and Ines de la Fressange features childrenswear

Words by Maeve Kerr-Crowley

It’s been a long time coming.

UNIQLO has announced the Australian launch of its Fall/Winter collection with Ines de la Fressange is imminent – and for the first time, it’ll feature a range of kids’ apparel.

The collection is inspired by the fashions of Montmartre in the 1920s, but with a modern twist.

Tweed, cashmere and corduroy are used to create a tailored women’s wardrobe, including quilted and duffle coats and a vintage-style motorcycle sweater.

Kids’ pieces such as dresses, pea coats and tailored velvet jackets are all inspired by French cinema.

The Fall/Winter collection will drop August 30.
