The Meghan Markle effect is real.
Back in October, the Duchess was seen wearing a pair of Outland Denim’s Harriet jeans while touring Australia and New Zealand. In the blink of an eye, the style was sold out and a huge waiting list had formed.
Through its Denim Project, Outland hires seamstresses who have been affected by human trafficking, providing them with training and job security. And thanks to this rise in demand, the brand has been able to take on a further 46 employees.
If you’ve been waiting to get your hands on a pair, you’ll be pleased to hear the Harriet jean is making a triumphant return.
The black, high-waisted style has officially relaunched, with stock available online and from select Myer stores. It’s worth getting in quick, though, in case the Duchess decides to dust her pair off again.
