Vans unites with A Tribe Called Quest for an exclusive collection

Vans has united with A Tribe Called Quest for a collaborative project that celebrates the iconic hip hop collective.
One for the ’90s kids, the exclusive collection pays homage to the style, art, music and immense influence that the group had on a beloved era.
From previous album artwork, to song lyrics, to favourite career milestones, each footwear design is a nod to A Tribe Called Quest’s vibrant discography and contributions to hip hop culture.
Expect a Vans Slip-On tribute to 2016 album, We Got It From Here… Thank You 4 Your Service, while the Era style shows off an all-over graphic print of album covers spanning from 1990 to 2016. The Old Skool rendition references The Anthology with an all-black colourway and the Sk8-Hi is adorned with lyrics from track ‘Bonita Applebaum.’
And in a special ode to honour the late Phife Dawg, the Authentic rendition highlights a black and white text graphic.
The Vans x A Tribe Called Question collection will retail from $119.95 to $179.95.
It all drops on April 6 and you can nab a pair at selected Vans and Hype DC stores, as well as online.
