Velvet Canyon’s vintage frames are here to revive the ’70s

A good pair of sunglasses is an important investment, so it’s natural to want something that’s going to stand up to time and heavy wear.

Velvet Canyon is an eyewear brand founded to give you just that, without sacrificing its vintage aesthetic.

Created by sisters Bec Nolan and Cass Moase, and photographer Ali Mitton, the label uses Italian acetate, custom-tinted lenses and champagne-coloured detailing to create its shades.

The debut collection is inspired by the ’60s and ’70s, with a soft colour palette of peach, caramel and tortoiseshell.

Each pair even comes in a cruelty-free, vegan leather pouch to keep your sunnies safe in style.
