While op shops are slowly starting to open their doors again, spending the last few months predominantly indoors has turned me into a fully-fledged online thrift addict. Depop? ASOS Marketplace? Strange community groups on FB? You name it, I’ve been there.

I had to do something with all this new-found knowledge, so here I present to you a list of some of Australia’s best online second-hand clothing stores. From American sportswear to rare designer finds, there’s something to tickle all of your vintage fantasies.

Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane’s favourite innovative concept store has opened its online doors. By purchasing and reselling goods from the public, SWOP has built a circular fashion model that allows clothes to be re-worn and re-loved. Check out its online store and Instagram story sales. 

Hunter Markets

Hunter Markets, a Melbourne-based, bi-monthly market with the tagline ‘shop the wardrobes of the girls you follow’, has introduced a virtual market on its Instagram. Every week, a new influencer takes over and sells their preloved clothing and accessories.
