Beer-flavoured gelato has arrived in Melbourne
Together at last.
Lovers of beer and all things Italian: rejoice.
The gelato mavericks over at Piccolina have turned their talents towards pairing two of life’s biggest joys, beer and gelato.
Joining forces with Burnley Brewing, the limited-edition flavours will be available for one week only. As well as a dry stout with chocolate brownie flavour, there’ll be an apple cider sorbet and saison with salted peanuts.
If you’re lucky enough to be a Melburnian, you can try each flavour as a standalone option, or enjoy a special tasting flight at Piccolina’s flagship store from today.
A gelato cart is also popping up at Burnley Brewing from tomorrow, serving delicious creations for two glorious days.
