A permanent Kwik-E-Mart has just opened IRL

With the ASOS x The Simpsons streetwear collection dropping tomorrow, and word of a second feature film, it seems like The Simpsons are having a moment. And we’re here for it.
To add to the excitement, the fictional Kwik-E-Mart has been turned into an actual store, and it’s located in South Carolina.
If you’re planning on swinging by Myrtle Beach anytime soon, you can visit the IRL Kwik-E-Mart, designed the look exactly like the one on the show.
The permanent convenience store also offers a bunch of Simpsons-themed treats – think Buzz Cola, Lard Lad doughnuts, Squishees, Duff Beer and Flaming Moe’s energy drinks. While you’re there, you can also shop memorabilia from your fave characters.
A real-life Aztec Theatre – another of Springfield’s establishments – is set to open later this year. Situated next to the Kwik-E-Mart, it promises a “fully themed lobby and theatre experience rich with detail.”
