Mickey travels Japan.

The celebrations for Mickey’s 90th birthday don’t seem to be slowing down.

In the latest instalment, Disney has teamed up with Japan’s Kyushu Railway Company to create a Shinkansen train in his honour.

A sneak peek via the company’s website shows the outside of the train covered in retro Mickey Mouse graphics. Meanwhile, the interior is decked out in signature red and yellow, with ears printed on the headrests.

There will also be a selection of merchandise available to purchase, including enamel pins, T-shirts, key chains and a toy replica of the train.

While the complete timetable is yet to be confirmed, the limited-edition bullet train will operate between the cities of Fukuoka and Kagoshima in Kyushu from May.

Disney-lovers can keep up to date with how to book a trip here.
