Game of Thrones is only a few months away, because winter has finally come

A year in waiting.

Avid GOT watchers, get excited.

Thanks to an Insta post from HBO, we now have an official release month for the series’ final season.

Set to feature six episodes, we can expect Season 8 to air on our screens in April next year.

And if the teaser is anything to go by, there’ll be the usual amount of bloodshed, betrayal and GOT treachery to get excited about.
