Stokehouse in St. Kilda is serving two hours of free-flowing Bollinger every Saturday in August.
It’s a pretty bougie set-up. The bottomless champagne is served with a two-course set menu that includes creme fraiche, caviar and risotto Milanese, and costs $150 per head. Can you drink enough sparkling to offset the price tag?
