Take your first look at Disney’s live-action remake of ‘Lady and the Tramp’

Puppy love.

Following in the footsteps of The Lion King, Dumbo and Aladdin, Disney’s Lady and the Tramp is getting its own live-action remake.

The film’s debut will coincide with the launch of Disney’s new streaming service, Disney+, which is set for release on November 12.

According to Deadline, the remake is directed by Charlie Bean (The Powerpuff Girls Movie, SpongeBob SquarePants), written by Andrew Bujalski and produced by Brigham Taylor (The Jungle Book, Pirates of the Caribbean).

The cast will include Tessa Thompson as Lady, alongside Justin Theroux who plays Tramp. You can also expect the voices of Janelle Monáe, Thomas Mann, Kiersey Clemons, Benedict Wong, Ashley Jensen and Yvette Nicole Brown.
