But she’ll do everything in her power to make it happen.

Rumours of an Australian Spice Girls tour have been keeping us all going for months.

During a recent concert, Scary Spice herself amped up our excitement by announcing that the group would be coming down under in February 2020.

But before you bust out your platforms and glittery crop tops, we regret to inform you the star wasn’t being entirely truthful.

In an interview with 2DayFM Breakfast, Mel B admitted she made the announcement without the rest of her team signing off on it.

So passionate was she about the Spice Girls coming to Australia that she decided to just manifest a tour herself.

“I figured if I put it out there, then maybe it was gonna happen,” she explained.

Although she said not everyone was on board right now, she did promise, “I will make sure it actually does happen.”

We have a lot of faith in Mel B’s powers of persuasion, so we’re not giving up hope yet.
