Vera Blue releases her official video for ‘Lady Powers’
Lady, lady, lady, lady powers.
Of all the empowering tracks to come out of 2017, Vera Blue’s ‘Lady Powers’ is a true feminine anthem.
The artist has just released her official video for the song, with a feature from US hip-hop artist Kodie Shane. ‘Lady Powers’ was directed by Jesse Heath, shot on location in Los Angeles.
The inspiration behind the video was to express female empowerment without being too clichéd. It shows Vera and Kodie hanging out in an abandoned warehouse surrounded by lots of neon lights, strobes and smoke.
It all comes just as Vera is set to release her Lady Powers / Power Ladies Remix EP, due April 13.
