July delivered the kind of beauty launches that make you reconsider your entire routine. Some lived up to the hype, while others quickly became the products we reached for every morning without thinking.

From a dermatologist-created serum that does the heavy lifting to the cream bronzer faking a long weekend in the Mediterranean, we’re rolling into August looking fresher than ever.

Speaking of simplified routines, I love when a new brand is self-assured enough to launch with just one product. Created by Sydney-based dermatologist Dr Bonnie Fergie,  this potent serum is the result of her many years of research into what makes a healthy skin microbiome. Made with a bioretinoid alternative, it’s also packed with peptides, ceramides, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide and vitamin C.
