Kim Kardashian is suing the doctor behind her infamous ‘vampire facial’

Bloody mess.

We all remember when Kim and Kourtney Kardashian got the blood drawn from their faces and reinserted in the name of beauty. The ‘vampire facial’ blew up after Kim posted a bloodstained selfie on Instagram in 2013.

Since then, the Kardashian’s lawyers allege that Charles Runels, the doctor behind the facial, has been using Kim’s name and photograph to promote his business without her permission. Additionally, her name appears on multiple sites connected to the doctor, such as his personal LinkedIn profile.

Though Kim contacted Runels to request he stop using her name and picture, he refused to do so and allegedly requested that pay him.

The case is ongoing, and Kim is yet to make a comment. As for Dr Runels, he claims that neither Kim nor Kourtney requested the use of the name ‘vampire facial’ to promote their series, Kim and Kourtney Take Miami.
