Role Description
Amble is an Australian outdoors brand creating sustainable apparel that encourages women to get outdoors, no matter what adventure looks like. Our community loves hiking, bike packing, climbing, camping, trail running and travelling, and we love to see all adventures, whether they’re big or small.
We’re seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing & eCommerce Coordinator to join the journey. Your work will directly contribute to our brand’s growth, with measurable outcomes across all channels, including EDMs, our website and content marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Storyboard and manage our performance marketing creatives
- Create and manage our email campaign & flow strategy, from planning through to optimisation in alignment with marketing objectives and seasonal storytelling
- Website management on Shopify, with content uploads, merchandising and reporting
- Develop our content plan and create, schedule, and report on performance
- Implement AB testing and optimise for all customer journey touch points
KEY SKILLS
- Genuine passion for the outdoors and alignment with our brand mission
- 3+ years of relevant experience, across eCommerce, email marketing, and working with content creators
- Analytical skills to interpret metrics, and optimise to drive sales and increase conversion
- Basic design and copywriting skills to create engaging marketing materials
- Basic experience in video editing, across either Capcut, TikTok or Instagram Reels, Adobe or any similar platforms
- Excellent communication skills for independent and team-based work
- An understanding of performance media funnels
- Previous experience in a D2C/Fashion/eCommerce business
- Familiarity with reporting tools, including GA4
- Marketing-related tertiary education
