Role Description
We’re looking for an organised, proactive Project Manager & PA to support the wider brand and Founders. With at least 3 years’ experience in a PA, events or marketing role, you’ll manage the day-to-day admin that keeps the business moving and take full ownership of brand projects from start to finish.
You’ll be the go-to person for our brand activations, including events, campaigns, shoots and launches. You’ll handle every detail, from planning and suppliers to flights, travel and accommodation. With a strong eye for detail and styling, you’ll make sure everything we put out looks and feels on brand. You’ll also help look after our team, coordinating HR admin, team building and the moments that keep everyone in high spirits.
This role suits someone who thrives on variety, loves bringing ideas to life, and takes pride in making everything run seamlessly and on brand.

- Manage general business admin, including documents, filing, supplier communication and office organisation.
- Book and manage all travel, including flights, accommodation, transfers and itineraries.
Projects and brand activations
- Own brand activations from start to finish, including events, launches, pop-ups, campaigns and shoots.
- Make sure every activation, event, space and piece of material is on brand, from styling and set-up to gifting and guest experience.
- Make day-to-day decisions that keep the brand look, feel and standard consistent.
- Build project plans, timelines and budgets, and keep every project on track.
- Coordinate venues, suppliers, talent, models, photographers and stylists.
- Manage on-the-day logistics and run sheets, and be the main point of contact at events.
- Track project spend and report back on outcomes once each project wraps.

- Support HR admin, including onboarding new team members, keeping records and rostering support.
- Plan and book team-building activities, celebrations and team events.
- Help create a positive, connected workplace where the team feels supported and motivated.
