Role Description

We are a dynamic fashion, media, and e-commerce business spanning footwear, digital content, brand partnerships, and retail activations. With multiple revenue streams across product, content, and collaborations, we are a fast-paced and growing business seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to support our financial operations.
We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day financial functions of the business. This role is critical in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reporting, and ensuring smooth financial operations across multiple income streams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records across all entities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and payment platforms
- Process payroll and superannuation
- Prepare and lodge BAS and ensure GST compliance
- Liaise with external accountants
- Support inventory and cost tracking
- Improve financial systems and workflows
KEY SKILLS
- Proven bookkeeping experience
- Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards
- Proficient in Xero or similar software
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple revenue streams
