Role Description
We’re looking for a Design Assistant to support our Product team to bring our performance and

Working across the full product lifecycle, you’ll support the creation and development of commercially successful ranges that reflect the 2XU brand, athlete mindset, and technical innovation.
Key Responsibilities

You’ll assist in range board updates across categories while conducting trend, competitor, and market research to help inform seasonal direction and product innovation.
- Product Development & Technical Execution: Create and maintain accurate tech packs and PLM data, ensuring BOMs, trims, fabrics, construction details, and all design information are complete and accurate prior to handover. You’ll support product updates throughout proto, SMS, and bulk production stages to ensure seamless development execution.
- Sample & Workflow Management: Own the coordination and tracking of samples across all development stages, maintaining clear organisation and visibility across the team. You’ll ensure samples are prepared and available for fit sessions, reviews, and internal stakeholder needs.
- Fit, Testing & Product Support: Assist in fit sessions and product testing, capturing notes, changes, and action points to support the refinement of fit, function, and overall product performance.
- Fabric, Trim & Colour Management: Manage lab dips, strike-offs, bulk approvals, and colour matching processes while maintaining fabric, trim, and design libraries to support efficient development and consistency across ranges.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Design, Technical Design, Fabric, Merchandising, Sourcing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure design intent is clearly communicated and product is delivered accurately, on time, and to standard.
