Maison Balzac has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Store Manager to join our Surry Hills Boutique in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
- Working full-time time on a Tuesday to Saturday roster, the Boutique Manager will be responsible for budgeting, store specific VM and marketing, building the boutique’s client base, as well as coordinating the daily operating procedures and managing staff.
- The successful candidate will be a skilled professional, who is hands on, energetic and vibrant.
KEY SKILLS
- Someone that has a true passion for retail and loves to work autonomously, with ownership on delivering results.
- Prior experience in the retail sector as a manager or assistant manager of a store, with a genuine interest in a long term retail career.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the confidence to sell whilst creating an exceptional customer experience.
- Ability to manage all aspects of the store to maximise sales results and customer experience.
- Be responsible for store operations and company procedures including cash activity, WHS, security, inventory, logistics and reporting.
- Ability to create a positive, motivating environment through effective communication & excellent people management.
- Reliability, exceptional attention to detail, a natural leader who influences & inspires others around them.
- 3-5 years previous experience as a Store Manager with a love & passion for homewares and interiors.
- Initiative to share ideas and follow through by bringing them to life.
- Management of new stock deliveries and store VM.
- Commercial acumen and computer literacy.
