Role Description
ONE OF OTHERS is an Australian RTW brand focused on effortless yet nuanced collections expressed through a contemporary lens to resonate within a wider, seasonless wardrobe.
Based in Melbourne (South Yarra studio), we are looking for a dynamic and highly organised Brand Assistant to join our team. This role is part time, with the vision to grow within the business.
The Brand Assistant is a varied, hands-on role spanning showroom operations, customer care, and sales / e-commerce support. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment, where no two days are the same. This role is a chance for someone genuinely interested in fashion and eager to learn, grow and contribute meaningfully to an independent brand within a small, supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day showroom operations, including sample preparation and showroom presentation, creating memorable brand experiences
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service ensuring all enquires are actioned promptly and customer experience is aligned to ONE OF OTHERS brand messaging
- Assist with day-to-day e-commerce store management including order fulfillment, and liaising with our warehouse where required
- Sales administration, including wholesale stock coordination and order processing as required, supporting our buyers end to end experience
- Action PR send outs and managing tracking, and assist with coordination of brand events
- Assist in preparation for campaign and content shoots and assist on set
- Provide general studio and administrative support as required
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in fashion retail, showroom, e-commerce, or studio support
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and see these through to completion
- Proactive, adaptable, and confident in a fast-moving environment
- Strong work ethic, highly organised and a clear communicator
- Confident or willing to learn Shopify and basic e-commerce systems
- Interest in fashion and eager to support a growing business across multiple facets
- Drivers license preferred
