• Own your results – rostering, wages, sales, conversion and ATV – and use the numbers to shape your plan.
• Maintain a beautiful, organised space from windows to back‑of‑house, always reflecting the Morrison aesthetic.
• Partner with the head office on feedback and initiatives, becoming a trusted voice from the floor.
