Role Description
We are looking for our next Social Media and Marketing Assistant to be the digital voice of Incu. In this amazing, highly sought-after role, you will take the lead on creating content across our products, stores, and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Own, plan, and execute the social media content calendar and manage day-to-day activities across all Incu social channels.
- Ideate and create social content series, such as store walk-throughs, “Staff Styles,” and behind-the-scenes footage for campaigns and product showcases.
- Manage all social engagement, respond to queries, and collect user-generated content (UGC).
- Drive the community content strategy by fostering relationships with creators and partners to repurpose and amplify content.
- Support PR activities, elevate cultural conversations, and identify new content opportunities by staying across emerging trends.
- Monitor social media performance and provide monthly reports on the best-performing creative.
- Support partner campaigns through asset sharing, social posting coordination, and product gifting.
- Provide general marketing assistance to the Marketing and Creative teams as required.
