Role Description
This is an integral role to our team and future of our brand. You will create and drive a brand strategy that will ensure we fulfill our very real potential in becoming a global, household name. Whilst this role will be starting small, with fine tuning our fundamentals, we envision a long and successful career of growth together. Managing and inspiring a growing team of creatives and co-ordinators.
This position would suit someone with a lot of experience and a nurturing demeanour, who would like to step into an inclusive and supportive workspace, to make real change on a young, promising business. This position would be ideal for a candidate looking to start part time and take on workload as we grow. This is a flexible workspace, that prioritises family commitments, and allows for adaptability.
Key Responsibilities
- Live and breathe our brand DNA – build our brand, safeguard our identify and ensure consistency across all channels.
- Plan, develop and execute a strategy to move into the global market
- Manage online and offline activations and brand collaborations.
- Partner with the Product Development team to ensure our brand’s identity is on point from start to finish.
- Oversee the Marketing Co-ordinator to manage our creative PR, digital and (future) media agencies.
- Foster meaningful relationships with our retail partners and help them realise just how special our brand and products are
- Develop a strategy around visual merchandising.
- Develop and deliver on growing monthly KPIs.
- Oversee development and management Marketing Budget.
- Partner with the broader team and our retailers to create collaborations, promotions, limited offers, etc that excite and boost sales.
- Research best locations to launch new brick and mortar stores – Plan and action this.
- Work in tandem with our Digital Marketing Strategist to gain relevant Advertising feedback and increase ROAS.
- Manage and inspire a Marketing Co-ordinator who will help you execute the day-to-day, allowing you to focus on leading the brand strategy.
- Build engaging product launch strategies and own this roadmap.
- Work in partnership with our experienced Merchandise Planner and Production Manager to ensure we develop realistic KPIs and achieve them.
- Develop and lead best practice local and interstate marketing and retailer-specific campaigns
