Role Description
The Marketing Content Manager is a 4 day a week role, both remote and on-site role based in Melbourne, VIC. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across digital and traditional marketing channels to support brand awareness and customer engagement. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, writing and editing marketing copy, coordinating campaigns with the marketing team, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. The Marketing Content Manager will analyze content performance, optimize strategies based on data insights, and collaborate with designers, sales, and product teams to align content with business objectives. The role also involves maintaining content management systems, overseeing website and social media updates, and ensuring all materials comply with relevant guidelines and standards.

- Lo-fi video editing
- META ad creation and creative ideation
- Mid weight design for decks and presentations
- Simply design application across social tiles, logo lock ups and CTAs
- Influencer and collaboration exploration and briefings
- Event planning support
- Copywriting
- General Marketing support for senior team
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Content Management and Content Strategy to plan, organize, and maintain high-quality, consistent content across channels.
- Demonstrated experience in Marketing and Digital Marketing, including campaign planning, audience targeting, and performance analysis.
- Excellent Writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content for various formats and platforms.
- Experience managing content calendars, coordinating cross-functional projects, and working with content management and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with best practices in the digital space, social media platforms, and basic design or layout tools are required
- Proficiency in all social platforms with knowledge on growth, engagement and optimisaiton
- Create original content
- Manage and schedule social media feeds
- Staying across social trends to provide creative ideas to gain traction
- Ability to reach out to influencers and UGC creators
- Copywriting
- Proficiency in all social media platforms
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to create entry level design assets
- Social Media video editing
- Ability to work across multiple markets, knowledge of US market valued
