Role Description
We’re looking for an experienced Influencer Relations Manager to join the PASH Social team and take ownership of our influencer client portfolio. This is a hands-on role spanning strategy, creator relationships, campaign execution and client management.
The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and knows the Australian and New Zealand influencer landscape inside out.
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent relations or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of the Australian and New Zealand creator landscape across beauty and lifestyle
- Proven experience managing end-to-end influencer campaigns, including negotiations, briefing, content review and reporting
- A confident communicator with existing agency and talent relationships.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Commercially minded with a solid understanding of influencer ROI, performance measurement and campaign budgets
- The ability to continuously improve how we do things from processes, reporting, campaign effectiveness, and bringing new ideas to the table
- Experience negotiating usage rights and a working understanding of the paid media landscape as it relates to influencer partnerships
- Experience with ambassador or long-term talent programs is highly regarded
- Boutique agency or freelance experience is a plus, you’ll need to be comfortable being autonomous and solutions-focused

Key Responsibilities
- Lead influencer and creator partnerships end-to-end: Talent sourcing, outreach, negotiations, contracts, briefing, content approvals and reporting
- Contribute to the strategy and evolution of our clients’ advocacy and partnership programs
- Manage talent recommendations for event guest lists and oversee influencer-led event activations
- Ensure all influencer activity meets brand guidelines, legal requirements and advertising standards
