Role Description
At Linden Cook, we create meaningful jewellery that tells personal stories and honours human connection. We’re searching for someone special to join our close-knit retail team. We’d love to find someone who can help bring our pieces to life for every person who walks through our doors.
This role is not just about selling jewellery. It’s about understanding people, translating their moments into keepsakes, and nurturing a space where the Linden Cook ethos is lived and breathed every day.
What you’ll be doing:
Warmly welcoming each customer and guiding them through a meaningful, considered retail journey
Assisting customers with bespoke and ready-to-wear purchases, ensuring each piece is chosen with care
Confidently coordinate appointments for our bespoke offerings, including Impression, Laser Engraving and Birthstone consultations, ensuring each experience is seamless and thoughtful from start to finish
Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and brand stories, proactively and passionately
Upholding and sharing Linden Cook’s values in every interaction, on and off the shop floor
Key Responsibilities
- A natural people-person and team player who appreciates community and leads with heart, intuition, and empathy – including a genuine ease with children, dogs, and sensitive or sentimental customer experiences
- Someone who is as passionate about creating meaningful experiences as they are about the jewellery itself, while also being sales-driven, motivated, and confident in achieving results
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to confidently guide customers through a thoughtful sales journey that aligns with the strategy and ethos of Linden Cook.
- A proactive, self-motivated spirit with a genuine interest in learning and evolving within the brand
This role would be suitable for anyone passionate about delivering an authentic retail experience and who is connected to our brand’s vision. If you’re someone who believes in the power of storytelling, craftsmanship, and connection, and you’d love to be part of a brand that leads with meaning, we’d love to hear from you.
This is a permanent part-time position, working 2–3 days per week between Saturday and Monday. Availability on both Saturday and Monday is essential. There will also be opportunities for additional shifts as required.
