Sheet Society

Production Coordinator

company: Sheet Society
job title: Production Coordinator
location: Brunswick
work type: Full-time
level: Mid-level
closing: 20.08.2025

Role Description

We spend a third of our lives sleeping, so we thought we’d make it memorable. Sheet Society was dreamed up by Hayley and Andy Worley in 2017 after they thought the industry had hit snooze.

Passionate about high quality, trend-led products with a focus on exceptional customer experiences, innovation and sustainability, Sheet Society is designed to elevate your bedroom aesthetic while ensuring a better night’s sleep. One of the fastest growing retail businesses in Australia, with exciting expansion plans on the horizon, our team is hardworking, passionate and customer-obsessed.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Production Coordinator is the product engine room for everything we design and produce at Sheet Society. The role requires the type of person that can see a problem 2,556 steps ahead of the rest, and has already course-corrected well before anything has come close to going off track.

Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our product is humming through the production line. With a keen eye for detail – bulk production, product packaging, and samples are managed effortlessly in accordance with our Sheet Society standards.

The Production Coordinator is extremely well organised, works in harmony with the Design & Production team and is accountable for on-time delivery for each product we bring to life. This role requires open communication and strong relationships across our Merch Planning, Marketing and Ops/Warehouse Teams – balancing deadlines and meeting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

In this fast-paced role, you’ll help bring our product to life by managing production timelines, keeping samples on track and partnering closely with both our internal teams and offshore suppliers. From raising purchase orders to reviewing packaging, you’ll be across every little detail, ensuring our ranges land on time and to the highest quality.

YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Overseeing bulk fabric, trim and packaging approvals.
  • Coordinating samples across production, marketing and VM sample sets.
  • Supporting quality control across all stages of the product lifecycle.

BE A DREAMER

As a key member of the Design and Production team, it’s expected you’d grow to have a strong understanding of the brand and confidence in communicating the vision through quality production.

This role  is an opportunity to represent Sheet Society with offshore suppliers and manufactures, engaging with them every day. We always work in collaboration with our suppliers to ensure the best outcome for the business all while building a strong relationship that will set us up for success in the future.
