Here’s what you can expect from this year’s Mercedes-Benz Fashion Festival

Lights, camera, runway.

It’s that time of year again, fashion festival fun time and Sydney are all over it.

This year, Mercedes-Benz Fashion Festival (MBFF) will be bringing its edit of Australia’s latest designer collections to the public from the 24th to the 26th of September.

Never one to disappoint, the events this year will be hosted in Town Hall and will include backstage access, beauty workshops, goodie bags and photography masterclasses.

Given that Australia has an evergrowing range of talented designers, MBFF will be putting on three shows to showcase their talent:

Australian Luxe | Dion Lee, Josh Goot, Christopher Esber and Streatas Carlucci.

Ready-to-Wear | Bec and Bridge, Alice McCall, Manning Cartell, Romance Was Born and Kate Sylvester.

Red Carpet Runway | Alex Perry, Steven Khalil, Rachel Gilbert and Zhivago.

They’ll show off everything our designers have to offer including sharp shillouettes, ladylike lace and elegant eveningwear.

The complete designer runway list is yet to be announced, but from the looks of it, this year’s MBFF is going to be good.
