Get creative for Ganni.

Ganni, everyone’s favourite cool-girl label, has launched a global creative competition called Home Is Where The Heart Is. The purpose? To encourage everyone in self-isolation and quarantine around the world to keep their spirits up and their creative juices flowing during this difficult time.

The label has been vocal about the importance of staying connected and inspired right now, sharing photos of its team’s working from home looks earlier this week, including creative director Ditte Reffstrup’s enviable get-up, as pictured above. You can see the rest of the (very chic, obviously) outfits on the WFH highlight on Ganni’s Instagram.

But back to the competition. If you want to get involved, you’ll need to create something around the Home Is Where The Heart Is theme, and submit it online. Your submission needs to include one to two original artworks or images created by you, whether it’s a watercolour painting or a self-portrait, it’s up to you, just as long as it fits the theme and hasn’t previously been published anywhere.

A team of judges, including Ditte Reffstrup, will choose their favourite submission and give the winner and the runner-up the opportunity to have their work featured in Ganni’s Kiosk exhibition and shop during 2021 Copenhagen Fashion Week in August. On top of this, the lucky winner will receive a Ganni gift card to the value of roughly $9000 AUD. If that doesn’t have you rustling through your art supplies ready to create your next masterpiece, I don’t know what will. Head to the Ganni website for more details.
