Yep, for free.

Australian Red Cross and Uber are once again teaming up for their annual clothing drive, meaning any plans you had this Sunday should be cancelled.

Following the success of last year’s campaign (which saw an estimated $800,000 worth of clothing donated) Uber and Red Cross are encouraging Australians to part with pre-loved clothing, shoes and accessories.

Simply request an Uber between 12pm and 4pm on June 3, and have your clothes picked up and delivered to Red Cross shops for FREE.

Yep, for free.

Red Cross just asks that you donate quality items only (this isn’t a rubbish tip) and have your clothes bagged and ready to go. Uber will take care of the rest.

The service is available in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Perth, so if you live near those areas and are around this weekend, get bagging.
