While adidas may have released sneakers made from recycled ocean plastic, Vetements is going in an entirely different direction.

The label known for its parody releases – cigarette lighter heels, DHL T-shirts – is now paying homage to plain old plastic water bottles.

Yep, you can now wear water bottle-inspired slides for a measly $990AUD.

Coming in two colourways, navy blue and red, the multi-print slides replicate a fictional water bottle company. The body is constructed from textured rubber, complete with Vetements branding on the sole.
