Drum roll please, Pantone’s 2017 Colour of the Year is here
Prepare to see it EVERYWHERE.
It’s here. Pantone’s 2017 Colour of the Year is…
Greenery.
And if last year’s co-colour of the year, Rose Quartz, is anything to go by, you’re about to see this zesty shade everywhere.
Including Kester Black’s collection of nail polishes. The company is the first Australian beauty company to ever release a Pantone Colour of the Year product.
The yellow-green shade was picked because of its symbolism of new beginnings. It’s a reminder to “take a deep breath, oxygenate and reinvigorate.”
The announcement is followed by the news that Pantone is partnering with Airbnb. The collaboration will see Greenery brought to life through travel experiences in 2017. We can’t wait to find out more.
