It looks like a third Legally Blonde film is in the works

Even after 15 years, we know you’re not bored of quoting the Legally Blonde films. And now you’ve only got a little longer to wait for new material.

According to Deadline, Reese Witherspoon is on the verge of signing a deal to reprise her role as the fashionably iconic Elle Woods for a third time.

So far, we’ve seen Elle introduce the joys of pink to Harvard, fight animal testing in D.C, and marry her dream man – all without compromising on her style or can-do attitude.

While there’s no word on what she’ll be getting up to in this chapter, reports state that a number of the original creative team members are back on board. So, it’s probably safe to say the next instalment will be just as fabulous and empowering as the first two.
