Hold the phone: ‘Clueless’ is getting a reboot

The resurgence continues.

In an age of ’90s TV reboots – Sabrina the Teenage Witch, The Nanny, The Baby-Sitters Club – it seems fitting that Clueless is the next one in line.

According to Deadline, Paramount Pictures will produce the remake, along with Girl’s Trip writer Tracy Oliver and Netflix story editor Marquita Robinson as the scriptwriter.

Details are few and far between at the moment, so it’s unclear what characters will be reimagined for 2018 and who will be getting the boot.

In the meantime, there’s always the upcoming musical to satisfy your ’90s fix.
