Summer’s not over yet.
Wotif has revealed the top 10 best places to swim in Australia, as voted by locals in its 2019 Uniquely Aussie Awards.
Tallebudgera Creek (on the Gold Coast) has taken out the number one spot, just ahead of Currumbin Rockpools. The results were compiled after Wotif asked thousands of Australians to nominate their favourite places to swim over a three-week voting period.
Queensland took out five places in the top 10, putting the rest of Australia to shame (looking at you, South Australia and Tas). Western Australia trailed behind (securing two spots), while New South Wales, Northern Territory and Victoria all received at least one mention.
