Role Description
DÉSORDRE is a luxury boutique in Sydney carrying international designers and pieces curated straight from the runway. Everything we do is personal. Private appointments, a client book we know by heart, clients who come back for years.
We’re looking for a senior stylist/senior management to hold that standard and run the boutique day to day. Someone who studies collections, knows the designers we carry and why each piece was bought, and can style a client in a way she didn’t expect. Your own presentation matters here. How you dress, how you speak, the energy you bring. On the floor, you are the brand.
We also work differently behind the scenes. AI runs through our clienteling, marketing and operations, and you’ll help build on it.
Key Responsibilities
- Style and assist with our top clientele
- Run the boutique day to day, including opening, closing and dispatch
- Keep store presentation and visual merchandising immaculate
- Create content for the site and Instagram
- Know the product deeply and keep learning as new pieces land
- Positive energy and set the standard for the casual stylists
- Work with the AI tools we use across the business
