Helping shape and elevate the graphic and textile direction across Ena Pelly collections, the Senior Graphics and Textile Designer is responsible for identifying globally relevant, commercially viable, and brand-aligned graphic and textile trends, and translating these into original artwork across Ena Pelly collections.
This role acts as a custodian of the Ena Pelly Creative Manifesto and Brand Archetype, ensuring all graphic and textile outcomes reflect the brand’s evolving identity, customer profile, and seasonal direction. Working closely with the Product, Design, Creative, and Production teams, the successful candidate will play a key part in delivering compelling, market-ready collections across both Wholesale and D2C channels. The role requires a strong commercial eye, trend awareness, technical capability, and the ability to balance creativity with executional precision in a fast-paced fashion environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and developing original, brand-aligned graphic artwork and textile yardages across apparel, outerwear, fleece, denim, sport and accessories.
- Creating production-ready artwork files, technical packs, placement specifications, repeat layouts and colour separation files in line with supplier requirements.
- Developing seasonal graphic concepts that align with the collection narrative, colour palette, styling direction and Ena Pelly brand identity.
- Reviewing and evolving best-selling graphics through recolouring, refinement and updated design executions.
- Maintaining an organised graphics archive and artwork library to support future seasonal development.
- Managing artwork files, approvals and revisions accurately across internal systems and workflows.
- Researching global fashion, textile, streetwear, sport, lifestyle and cultural trends to identify commercially relevant design opportunities.
- Contributing to seasonal moodboards, colour palettes, graphic direction and concept presentations.
- Collaborating with the Creative Director, Senior Designer and broader Product team on seasonal trend direction and collection storytelling.
- Working closely with Product Development, Garment Tech, Merchandise Planning, Production, Marketing, Creative teams and external suppliers to ensure graphics are commercially viable, technically executable and aligned across all channels.
- Participating in key product and design meetings, including seasonal range reviews, design handovers, SMS reviews, bulk production approvals and final range sign-off meetings.
- Supporting alignment between product design, marketing, retail and eCommerce storytelling to ensure graphics translate effectively across campaigns, social content, wholesale decks and retail environments.
- Researching emerging graphic applications, print techniques, washes, embellishments and fabric treatments to keep the brand’s graphic and textile direction fresh and relevant.
