Role Description
As a Sales Associate and Client Advisor at our pop-up residency, youâll welcome clients with warmth, personal style expertise and product knowledge to provide a tailored fashion advisory service, build client relationships, and help make our retail residency a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Previous sales experience within a retail environment â preferably luxury and/or high-end Australian Designer.
- Provide customer service and fashion advice with a genuine professionalism that reflects the DNA of the Christopher Esber brand.
- Engage and connect with clients to create lasting impressions.
- A natural sales focused mindset and positive attitude with everything that you do, always thinking one step ahead.
- You will assist the team with store operational activities, including back of house, stock, VM or reporting.
- Contribute to a supportive team culture, and like to collaborate with your peers.
- You have a genuine interest in the Christopher Esber brand and a keen eye for fashion, trends.
- Achieve daily sales goals and contribute to the success of this the brands first retail residency.
- Excellent communication skills and can confidently communicate with all clients.

We’re seeking experienced Casual Sales Associates and Client Advisors to help us deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience for 4 months from 28th November 2024 to 24 March 2025.
