Role Description
Experienced Retail Staff Wanted
We’re looking for an experienced and dependable retail team member to join our beautiful independent design store.
This is a Level 3 retail position suited to someone who is confident working independently and taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the shop.
The right person will be:
- Reliable, responsible and accountable
- Highly punctual and able to open and close the shop independently and on time
- Experienced in retail and confident providing excellent customer service
- Sales-focused, proactive and confident engaging with customers
- Able to build genuine customer connections, communicate the story behind our products and confidently convert interest into sales
- Friendly, capable and comfortable working independently
- Available across regular retail hours, including weekends
- Able to offer broad availability during the busy lead-up to Christmas
Strong sales ability, broad availability and previous retail experience are essential.
