About Threebyone
We don’t just make jeans; we are the custodians of fit, fabric, and silhouette. From the rock-and-roll, sharp-tailored edge of Neuw to the laid-back, effortless heritage storytelling of Rolla’s, to the high-energy, youth-culture festival vibes of Abrand, our brands blend cultural heat with commercial success to create denim that consumers truly love. Threebyone is the creative powerhouse behind Rolla’s, Neuw and Abrand.
The Role
We are seeking a proactive Men’s Product Developer to join our team, working across both Rolla’s Men’s and Neuw Men’s apparel and denim collections. In this role, you will help bring our seasonal visions to life for global markets.
You will be responsible for ensuring garments are produced accurately to brief, to our exacting quality standards, and strictly within critical path timelines. From tech pack creation to final production approvals, you will run fit sessions, build exceptional factory relationships, and oversee execution with absolute precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Tech Packs: Develop detailed seasonal specs and tech packs for denim and apparel.
- Sample Management: Manage all incoming and outgoing samples, including measuring, organizing fit models, and preparing samples ahead of range meetings.
- Fit Sessions: Plan and independently run fit sessions for all sample stages of each range, capturing detailed pre- and post-fit notes.
- Factory Communication: Provide comprehensive fit comments and production approval feedback to factories. Maintain strong, respectful daily communication with global makers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Quality Control: Oversee quality assurance for garments, trims, washes, and packaging.
- Critical Path: Partner closely with suppliers to keep the critical pathway on track and navigate deadlines effortlessly.
- Administration: Maintain meticulous data administration within the PLM across all stages of the development and production process.
- Team Support: Provide cross-brand and department support as required.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in product development across apparel, with a strong background or specialised focus in men’s denim and apparel.
- Deep understanding of garment construction, wash processes, and pattern knowledge is essential.
- Proven ability to work independently and confidently within fit sessions.
- Extensive experience liaising with overseas suppliers and manufacturers.
- Strong understanding of the full production lifecycle, including pre-production nuances.
- Excellent knowledge of textiles, fabrics, and denim hardware/trims.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate costs with suppliers.
- Proficiency in Excel and Adobe Illustrator (or relevant PLM/design tools).
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and impeccable time-management skills.
