Role Description

Our boutique stylists have a strong fashion and styling focus and the visual merchandiser is a key support to our team and client experience. At V&W our store presentation, product flow and story telling are key to our client experience and this role is a vital support for shared knowledge and team work.

Key Responsibilities
- Visual Merchandiser will work across all NSW locations in both DJs and Boutiques. It is a key team member who supports and reports to the Area Manager, supporting and working alongside all Boutique Managers to drive client engagement along with executing our brand Visual Merchandising guidelines provided each week.
- The role is across many locations across NSW and the successful candidate must be able to drive between locations.
- VM direction is shared and sent from HO for interpretation and execution across all stores to support sales, stock levels, sell through and store demographic.
KEY SKILLS
- Prior VM experience in fashion is essential – minimum 2 years.
- Strong focus on styling and fashion knowledge.
- Time management
- Ability to plan, communication written and verbal
- Team work
- Prior Australian Designer experience is preferred but not essential.
