Role Description
BAINA is looking for an experienced Wholesale Account Manager to join the team in Sydney full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for the management of all wholesale accounts and proactively seek out opportunities in new and current markets. The ambition of this role is to drive revenue and growth for BAINA, whilst maintaining the authenticity of the brand. You will report to the CEO.
The successful candidate will have experience within wholesale or similar role in the lifestyle and fashion industry, an understanding of the market, trends, brand-led customer and competitors, as well as strong leaderships skills and experience coaching or mentoring individuals. With an authentic drive for sales and business development, they will bring an entrepreneurial mindset – proactively leading their responsibilities with self-discipline. They will thrive working in a dynamic environment, and have a solutions oriented and collaborative approach. Drawn to BAINA, they have an understanding of brand and aesthetic.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth in line with the global wholesale strategy
- Develop quarterly sales initiatives and revenue forecasts
- Proactively drive sales revenue to reach and exceed targets
- Develop strong relationships, with a focus on support for your buyers
- Maintain an active dialogue with clients regarding products and brand positioning
- Build action-oriented proposals to drive sell-in and sell-through
- Lead appointments, presenting the brand and collection to prospective customers
- Conduct brand and product trainings to maintain and build brand
- Line manage the Wholesale Assistant, supporting their development in the role
- Collaborated with Marketing across communication initiatives within the wholesale channel
- Prepare quarterly wholesale reports, outlining key insights and actions
