Jagger sisters for Sonia Rykiel Spring 2015
Moves like Jaggers.
After a host of celebrity offspring walked the Sonia Rykiel SS15 runway (Kendall Jenner, Hailey Baldwin Gigi Hadid), the label has kept it a family affair for its Spring/Summer 2015 campaign.
Rykiel enlisted Georgia May and Lizzy Jagger to front the campaign, after the pair put on an impressive show on the catwalk.
The brand’s artistic director Julie de Libran expressed her love for the Jaggers,
“We had the Jagger sisters for the show. I loved the energy that passed between them, and their individual beauty so equal yet so unalike.Their mother walked for Sonia Rykiel and they would come to the boutique. It’s the story of a family, and a family business.”
Shot on the Left Bank by German photographer Jurgen Teller, the sisters pose impulsively in a modern and edgy series of gowns, jumpsuits and furs. Following their parents, the girls ooze an intoxicating level of glamour, ease and cool which can’t be taught. It’s in the Jagger/Hall blood.
