Best in class.
Rain, hail or shine, Australian Fashion Week (AFW) is already living up to its status as one of the year’s most anticipated fashion events. From the runway shows to street style spectacles, it has, and continues to be, a feast for the eyes.
Of course, fashion devotees will notice a change of scenery in the backdrop for this year’s AFW street style. Departing from its long-time home at Carriageworks, this year’s festivities are spread between the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia, with Sydney Harbour as its backdrop, and a number of offsite locations (Commas took to Tamarama Beach, for example).

As a media partner, we’ve been stationed on the ground, Rode mic and camera in hand, ready to capture the best moments of the week. Tuesday’s crowd has gone all out, with shades of pastel, fringing, tartan and main character boots. Find our favourite looks captured by Suki Deen below.
