Instead, the release encourages readers to do one achievable movement per day.
Accompanying each exercise is a recipe for a smoothie bowl, protein ball or drink, allowing you to insert some goodness into your daily routine without overhauling it completely.
For time-poor people like myself, this handy e-book offers an achievable exercise regime which isn’t daunting or overwhelming in the slightest.
