Role Description
Alana Grace Design is a Melbourne based freelance fashion design studio working across multiple womenswear clients. We’re looking for a Melbourne based freelance designer to join our roster for ongoing design sketch (croquis) and CAD work. This is fast paced, execution focused work, you’ll be turning clear creative direction into polished, accurate sketches quickly, not generating concepts from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
- Draw design/croquis sketches from creative direction, briefs, and reference imagery
- Produce clean, accurate CADs in Adobe Illustrator matching a contemporary, feminine aesthetic
- Turn around work quickly, most sketches completed within 24-48 hours
- Communicate via WhatsApp for fast, easy feedback loops
- Tech pack experience a bonus, not essential
