Role Description
SENSO is looking for a Boutique Manager to join our small, friendly & hardworking team. You will be responsible for our Paddington Boutique and Concession in David Jones Elizabeth Street. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to hold the below skills:
- Be an experienced retail leader with a proven track record in store management
- Great administrative, communication & customer service skills
- Fantastic sales skills
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, efficient and willing to learn
- A positive attitude and intiative
- At least of 1 year experience in a similar role
Your role is not limited to the above and will include a wide variety of other duties. This will change from time to time, and depending on your ambition, your role has the opportunity to grow to include many other responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing rosters
- Curate and maintain high standards of personal and store presentation
- Stock management/ inventory control
- Stock transfers between stores and head office
- Driving store performance while nurturing a positive, collaborative team culture
- Liasing with management regarding style performance
- Curating store displays
