Role Description
The Creative Producer is responsible for overseeing the creative process of projects, from conceptualisation to delivery. In this role, they will work closely with our team to develop and execute creative ideas that align with the client’s brand, vision and strategy. The Creative Producer will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Additionally, they will be expected to collaborate with other specialists within the team, to ensure that all deliverables are aligned with the client’s objectives.
About You
- Relevant courses related to the role: For example, media and communications, marketing, graphic design, photography, videography.
- 2-3 years proven experience as a producer within a creative agency, production house, or media network.
- A strong body of work demonstrating successful delivery of integrated, video and broadcast campaigns.
- Strong understanding of camera, audio, lighting, post-production workflows, channel export specifications, and
multi-format adaptations. - Established relationships with crews, directors, talent, post-houses, and industry suppliers.
- Proficient in production budgeting, scheduling, talent negotiations, and emerging tools shaping media/content
production. - Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, highly organised, and passionate about storytelling and creative execution.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Production Management: Lead productions from initial client brief through to final delivery, ensuring all outputs are delivered to spec, on schedule, and within budget.
- Creative Production: Manage the creative development process from concept to final delivery, collaborating with clients, photographers, videographers, content creators, social media managers, designers, and other creative professionals to develop and execute creative concepts to present back to clients.
- On-Set & Field Production: Coordinate and lead crew, direct logistics, manage talent, negotiate supplier contracts, and maintain clear standards of safety and quality on set.
- Post-Production Oversight: Shepherd post-production teams (photographers, videographers, content creators, etc) through delivery across required channels.
- Client & Account Management: Serve as the primary client contact on assigned projects, managing expectations,
- communicating progress, and steering approvals with clarity and confidence. Including retained clients and project assigned campaigns.
- Budgeting & Financial Tracking: Build detailed budgets, manage cost estimates, track expenditures, and protect project profitability without compromising creative craft.
- Workflow Innovation: Integrate emerging production methods, including AI-enabled workflows, to optimise production pipelines and efficiency.
- Integrated Campaign Delivery: Align production outputs with broader paid, owned, and earned media strategies to ensure content flexes effectively across diverse platforms.
